These terms apply to all orders placed with Arrow Heavy Plant Spares Limited (“Arrow”, “we”, “us”), company number 12554258, registered office Orchard House, 25 Cockerton Green, Darlington, DL3 9EG.
1. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate at checkout. Delivery charges are confirmed before despatch.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and receive payment. We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
3. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque using the details provided at checkout. Goods are despatched once cleared funds have been received.
4. Product descriptions and fitment
We take care to describe parts accurately, including part numbers and machine fitment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is suitable for their machine before ordering; our team will gladly help you check. Images may be representative.
5. New and used parts
New parts are covered by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty where applicable. Used parts are sold as described and, unless stated otherwise, without warranty beyond your statutory rights.
6. Delivery, risk and ownership
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full. Delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and cancellations

8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of machinery or loss of profit, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
9. Privacy
We use the details you give us only to process your order and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
